- A registration application form must be completed and signed by parents/guardian along with a $150.00 registration fee.
- Parents that wish to register their kids for the first time must accept an interview prior to registration with the Admission department.
- A report card from the previous school year must be presented at the time of registration.
- Medical history of the child must be submitted, including records of immunization.
- New students are required to take a diagnostic test for proper placement.
- Students will not be allowed to school until all paper work is submitted and all fees are paid in full.
- There will be a video presentation for parents.
- Proper documentation from parents will be required.
- Child birth certificate as well as social security is also required.
- If a child is in custody of one parent/guardian/adopted parent (mother/father) a certified copy of any court papers showing full custody, visitation, etc. will be required.
