Training

Training is very import for the success of Ebenezer Christian School. A.C.E. offers Supervisions’ Training at two convenient locations in Florida. These summer training sessions are held in Learning Centers conducted by A.C.E representatives, using A.C.E.’s time-proven procedures.

As a school using the A.C.E curriculum and program, a supervisors’ Training is designed to equip those who will have daily responsibilities as a supervisor of the Learning Center to refresh them with Learning Center experience. To excitedly anticipate each new school year, the A.C.E Supervisors’ Training program has built a reputation for providing the instruction, inspiration, and encouragement needed for the Learning Center Staff. Upon completion an official A.C.E. leadership training Certificate is issued.

To run a successful Learning Center each year during the summer Staff will spend four days training. Supervisor Training is designed for supervisors (Teachers) and all the learning Center Staff.

The power packed training sessions are designed to achieve four very practical and realistic goals:

• Empower – to give the tools you need to do your job more effectively
• Encourage – enthusiastically motivate you to do your best for Christ
• Engage – to connect you with the individuals you will need to know when issues inevitably arise
• Enlighten – to highlight the various services and products offered by A.C.E as a co-labor in our Christian education ministry.

To reserve a place in the Supervisors’ Training session, a non-refundable $65 registration fee is required. Advance registration is necessary to guarantee materials and seat availability. Seating is limited; registration deadlines apply only if there are seats available. Until payment has been made seat is not confirmed. Please do not make any travel plans until you have your seat confirmed.
